Q:  Do you have a waiting list for the club?

A:  Currently there is no waiting list, although this is likely to change in the near future.

Q:  What are your opening hours?

A:  We are open 7 days a week 09:30 until 18:00 last entry for a 18:30pm close.

Q:  Where can I park?

A:  There is ample parking on the side streets with parking meters offering a paid 4 hour stay close to the building.  Parking is metered Mon- Sat. 08:30am until 18:30pm.  Sunday is free parking.

Q:  Do I need to book an appointment if I want to visit the club?

A: It is best to book and let us know you are coming to visit the club.  We can then ensure you have a guided tour of the facilities and select a time for you to view or even trial a class session.

Q:  We are members. Do we need to book the play sessions?

A:  As members you do not need to book play sessions, however, it is best to book class sessions so that we can organise club capacity and ensure we provide are members with the best experience.  If you let us know you are coming, we are prepared for your visit.

Q:  Are you open during school breaks?

A:  We are of course open during the school holidays and we run themed holiday camps and parties throughout the year.

Q:  Do you hold birthday parties only for the members?

A:  Our Parties are open to be booked by all!  Although by being a member, you can take advantage of the discounted pricing and the experience is always more personal.

Q:  Can I bring my own food?

A:  We have a fully operational cafe on-site!   Offering organic, gourmet courses, freshly baked pastries, cakes,  salads  and so much more!

Q: Do I have to attend the classes too?

A: Our classes are optional attendance and we understand that children will drop in and out, however, if you wish to attend a specific class it is best to let us know you are coming!

Q: Is it a "drop-off?"

A:  No, we currently do not operate a Nursery model.  Your children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times on-site.

Q: One of my children is attending a birthday party. Can my other child use the club whilst the party is in progress?

A: Parties are by invitation; it is best to contact the party organiser as the Orange Lion cannot make decisions on behalf of the event holder.

Q: Can my nanny bring my child to the club?

A: Yes of course!  Your children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times on-site.

Q:  Do I need to purchase membership for every adult who comes with my child?

A:  We only charge the children for membership, the Adults are free of charge!

Q:  What's your busiest time? Does it get very crowded?

A:  The membership programme allows the club to run an operationally efficient model to ensure high standards of cleanliness and well controlled environment for all parties to enjoy a fun, educational and safe experience.
